Resolv Global is seeking a Project Manager based in Mexico for a fully remote role. This hands-on position requires BPO experience, ownership, and confident client communication to keep people, processes, and priorities moving in the right direction.

You will support day-to-day delivery of assigned BPO projects, collaborating with clients, internal teams, and leadership to ensure expectations are met and performance stays on track. English communication is essential.

Formación

• BPO experience is essential.
• Experience managing BPO projects, programs, or accounts.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand needs, expectations, priorities, and concerns.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Proactively address issues that could impact client satisfaction or project performance.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure teams meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Team Leads to address performance and service delivery concerns.
• Manage escalations and ensure resolution.
• Provide clear project updates to leadership and clients.
• Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to prevent gaps.
• Review performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support coaching and accountability across teams.
• Ensure client processes and requirements are followed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
• Provide visibility into project health and risks.
• Take ownership of problems and work toward practical solutions.
