Resolv Global in Mexico offers a fully remote Project Manager role focused on BPO project delivery and client success. You’ll own day-to-day management, partner with clients and internal teams, and keep projects on track while upholding quality and performance targets.

Reporting to the Senior Client Success Manager / Mexico Head of Operations, you will monitor KPIs, manage escalations, and drive process improvements.

Formación

• BPO experience is essential and managing BPO projects is required.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, performance metrics, and operational targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of day-to-day management and delivery of assigned BPO projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand needs, expectations, and priorities.
• Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships.
• Proactively identify and address issues affecting satisfaction or performance.
• Monitor KPIs to ensure teams meet expectations.
• Coordinate with Team Leads and internal teams on performance and service delivery.
• Manage escalations and ensure resolution of issues.
• Provide clear project updates to leadership and clients.
