Job summary

DuPont is seeking a Business Development professional in Monterrey to grow MOLYKOTE Specialty Lubricants in Mexico. You will manage relationships with existing customers and develop new opportunities across automotive, OEMs, oil & gas, mining, and other markets.

The role requires strong sales experience, a technical background, fluency in English, and the ability to travel 50-75% across Mexico, based in Monterrey.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering, business, marketing or related field.
Sales experience as a hunter.
Experience in Sales, Business Development, Technical Service or Marketing in Specialty Lubricants or similar industry.
Fluent English required.

Responsibilities

Achieves sales and business development goals in MOLYKOTE Specialty Lubricants in the territory.
Identifies new business opportunities in Automotive, OEMs, Oil&Gas, Mining and other markets.
Develops and builds relationships with customers, prospects, and decision makers.
Manages a pipeline of opportunities aligned with strategy to deliver growth in target segments.
Negotiates pricing, supply agreements, credit and CDA with customers.
Shares intelligence with marketing, R&D, and other teams to promote revenue growth.
