DuPont’s Molykote Specialty Lubricants team seeks an innovative Engineer to translate wear/friction challenges into advanced lubricant solutions. You will collaborate with regional teams and channel partners, delivering technical training while supporting product development initiatives across the Americas.

The role requires independence, travel (~50%), and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet application performance and cost targets.

Formación

• B.S. in Engineering or hard science; mech/electrical/chemical preferred.
• CLGS/CLS certification a plus and Six Sigma belt is beneficial.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Identify customer wear and friction needs and translate into lubricant/tribology solutions.
• Collaborate with regional BD teams; deliver training to customers and partners.
• Lead or join product development teams and support new/modified products.
