Job summary

DuPont’s MOLYKOTE Specialty Lubricants team seeks a Business Development leader for Mexico, based in Monterrey. You will manage existing accounts and pursue new opportunities, promoting MOLYKOTE solutions to grow profitable revenue. Strong technical background and hunter-selling approach are essential.

Travel 50–75% across Mexico is required. Fluency in English is required, and Salesforce knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, business, marketing or related field; MSc/MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales, business development goals in MOLYKOTE Specialty Lubricants across Mexico.
• Identifies new business opportunities with automotive, OEMs, Oil&Gas, Mining, White goods, Food & Beverage, Aerospace.
• Builds relationships with customers, prospects, key influencers and decision makers.
• Manages a pipeline aligned with strategy to deliver growth in target segments.
• Negotiates pricing, supply agreements, credit and CDA with customers.
• Shares market intelligence with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
