SupportYourApp is hiring a Customer Support Consultant to join our global team. This role offers fully remote work with international clients in a multicultural environment.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring rapid resolutions while maintaining high satisfaction. English and Spanish fluency, plus at least one year in customer support, are required. A stable home setup and proactive mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
• Excellent command of English and Spanish (C1 speaking and writing).
• Strong communication, problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Proactive, responsible and positive attitude.
• Reliable home setup (8GB RAM) with stable internet connection.
• Nice to have logistics/transport experience or CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, emails and chats.
• Address customer inquiries.
• Manage and resolve tickets via Freshdesk.
• Apply customer happiness best practices.
• Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs.
