Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience managing AP across multiple properties or entities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with property management accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile vendor invoices, statements, and payment records within the property management system.
• Support the accounting manager with financial reporting and month-end close activities.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation across multiple properties.
• Collaborate with the property management team to resolve billing discrepancies.
