Our client is a growing property management company expanding its remote finance team to support an increasing portfolio of residential properties. Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile vendor invoices, statements, and payment records within the property management system.
• Support the accounting manager with financial reporting and month-end close activities.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation across multiple properties.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with the property management team to resolve billing discrepancies.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes within a property management context.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Experience managing AP across multiple properties or entities simultaneously is a must.
