Job summary

Landing in Mexico City is looking for an entry-level Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our on-site team. You will help ensure invoices and expense transactions are processed accurately and on time, maintain organized financial records, and support basic reporting as you build hands-on accounting experience.

The role requires English proficiency (B2), on-site work at Polanco, and familiarity with Excel/Sheets; Ramp/PEX experience is a plus, not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (B2) required.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Ramp/PEX or similar AP platforms is a plus (not required).
• On-site at Polanco office in Mexico City; remote work not available.

Responsibilities

• Process and review transactions in Ramp and PEX, including syncing corporate card activity and correct coding using AI-assisted suggestions.
• Assist with day-to-day Accounts Payable processing and provide documentation for reconciliations using AI tools.
• Review vendor invoices, monitor the AP inbox, and route inquiries to the right team members.
• Create fixed assets in the system using receipts and invoices; assist with basic fixed asset reporting.
• Collect and organize vendor documentation (W-9/W-8BEN) and maintain records in NetSuite and/or Ramp.
• Compare AP records to vendor statements and flag discrepancies for review.
