About Our Client

Established organization in the residential property management industry, providing comprehensive community management solutions. They partner with residential communities to oversee financial operations, maintenance coordination, and administrative services, helping create well‑managed and thriving neighborhoods.

This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you).

Available only for applicants living in Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve payment discrepancies, outstanding checks, and vendor account issues.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from vendors, managers, and clients regarding invoices, payments, and account status.
• Assist with account reconciliations, account cleanup initiatives, and process improvement projects.
• Support special projects throughout the year, including audits, system implementations, and reporting requests.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

Regular: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Mexico City time (CST)

Daylight savings: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mexico City time (CST)

1 hour lunch

Minimum Requirements

• Min. 50 Mbps Internet Speed
• 1+ year(s) experience as an Accounts Payable
• High School Diploma
• History of performing under deadlines and pressure with accuracy
• Background in exceptional customer service
• Demonstrates clear written and verbal communication skills
• History of multi‑tasking with attention to detail
