Job summary

Landing in Mexico City is seeking an entry-level Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to ensure invoices and expenses are processed accurately and on time. You will support basic accounting records, vendor documentation, and reporting while learning hands-on AP tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will work on-site at our Polanco office, with collaboration in a detail-focused team and opportunities to grow your accounting skills using Ramp, PEX, and NetSuite.

Qualifications

• Entry-level AP role with focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• On-site work at Polanco office in Mexico City; remote not available.
• English proficiency required; experience with Ramp/PEX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and review transactions in Ramp and PEX with AI-assisted coding.
• Support day-to-day AP processing and provide docs for reconciliations.
• Review vendor invoices and route questions to the team.
• Create fixed assets in the system and assist with reporting.
• Organize vendor documentation (W-9/W-8BEN) and maintain NetSuite/Ramp records.
• Compare AP records to vendor statements and flag discrepancies.
