Resolv Global is hiring a Bilingual Patient Services Representative for a fully remote role based in Mexico. You will be the point of contact for patients and providers, handling inbound/outbound calls, scheduling, and nonclinical inquiries with care.

You’ll work in a structured healthcare support environment, following scripts and documenting interactions in EMR/EHR. The role requires strong English/Spanish communication and reliable attendance.

Formación

Fluent/professional English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
At least 6 months of customer service experience in healthcare or similar.
Experience handling inbound calls and outbound follow-up in a structured environment.
Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry.
Ability to learn and follow scripts, SOPs, workflows, and documentation standards.
Reliable attendance and strong schedule adherence.

Responsabilidades

Handle inbound patient calls, messages, appointment requests, callbacks, and general nonclinical inquiries.
Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per provider/workflow requirements.
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, wellness visits, and engagement campaigns.
Route clinical questions to licensed staff and support insurance verification workflows.
Document calls and interactions accurately in EMR/EHR systems and SOPs.
