Resolv Global is hiring for a Bilingual Patient Services Representative to join a growing healthcare support team. This fully remote role is based in Mexico, requiring strong English and Spanish communication and a focus on patient scheduling and nonclinical support.

You will handle inbound/outbound calls, assist with appointments, and ensure accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems, while following scripts and workflows in a structured environment.

Formación

• 6+ months of customer service experience in healthcare or medical settings.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong data-entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow scripts, SOPs, and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound patient calls, messages, and appointment requests.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per workflow requirements.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach campaigns.
• Follow approved scripts and route clinical questions to licensed staff.
• Support insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows.
• Document patient interactions and outcomes accurately in EMR/EHR systems.
• Communicate patient needs and scheduling challenges to office staff.
• Maintain attendance, adherence, and patient-experience standards.
