Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and cancel appointments per provider workflows.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups and patient-engagement campaigns.
• Route clinical questions to licensed staff per protocols.
• Support insurance verification and prior-authorization workflows.
• Document interactions accurately in the EMR/EHR systems.
