Resolv Global is seeking a detail-oriented bilingual professional to join our remote patient support team for a fully remote, full-time role based in Mexico. You will respond to patient inquiries across phone, email, text, and chat, schedule appointments, provide clear instructions, and help keep records organized.

The position requires 1+ year in customer service or patient support, strong written English and Spanish, and proven remote-work capability.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, caring, and reliable bilingual professional to join our remote patient support team.

This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates based in Mexico.

What You Will Do

• Respond to patient inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats
• Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations
• Provide patients with clear pre-appointment and post-appointment instructions
• Follow up with patients as needed to ensure they have the information they need
• Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions
• Handle multiple communication channels at the same time while keeping a calm, professional tone throughout

Contract & Compensation

• $5.50 USD per hour
• Paid weekly in arrears
• Independent contractor position

Important Information

• This is a fully remote opportunity
• Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish

• We will provide a laptop; however, to be considered for this role, you must have an additional screen, a headset, and a stable, wired internet connection.

• Proven experience working in a fully remote role

• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software tools and platforms
• A stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• A patient, empathetic, and professional communication style at all times
• Currently residing in Mexico
