Resolv Global is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to support growing US-based operations from Mexico. This fully remote role requires strong English skills and prior US BPO or call center experience.

You will join international teams, handle inbound/outbound customer interactions, and work as an independent contractor with weekly payments. Training is paid in full, and you’ll operate from a home setup meeting the stated technical requirements.

Qualificações

• Previous US BPO or call center experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
