Sweetepictravels is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for clients, delivering professional, caring service and building lasting relationships from home.

You will handle inquiries about insurance sales, benefits, and accounts, conduct outbound telemarketing, and collaborate with marketing to improve engagement while supporting sales administration. You will thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and communicate across languages to serve diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a customer focus.
• Strong negotiation and communication across languages; bilingual is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration and data analysis to interpret client data.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is desirable.
• HIPAA regulations understanding when handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work remotely and independently in a productive manner.
