Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a proactive BDR / Sales Operations Specialist for a fully remote role serving Latin America. You will own the attorney acquisition pipeline, engage prospects, and manage follow-ups, while improving sales workflows with AI tools.

The position is a full-time independent contractor with a fixed compensation of $2,200 USD per month. You will work Monday–Friday aligned with U.S. Eastern Time and collaborate with a U.S.-based commercial team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in BDR, SDR, outbound development, or sales operations.
• Proven experience executing outbound prospecting and managing lead follow-up.
• Experience using CRM pipelines (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
• Ability to track sales metrics and improve funnel conversions.
• Experience using AI tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Execute outbound prospecting through Indeed, PosseList, cold email, LinkedIn and referrals.
• Manage CRM pipeline, ensure accurate status and next actions.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executive.
• Coordinate attorney screening, vetting and onboarding activities.
• Build and optimize sales workflows with CRM automation and AI tools.
