Job summary

Jobgether Srl is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead data-driven growth initiatives in a fully remote role. You will own acquisition, activation, retention, and referral strategies, and partner with product, engineering, and data science to optimize funnels and experiments.

You will design and run A/B tests, analyze campaign performance with analytics tools, manage budgets, and report metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in growth or performance marketing with focus on acquisition/retention.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools (Optimizely, VWO).
• Proficiency in analytics platforms (GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude) and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, content, email, and paid social.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
• Identify, prioritize, and test new growth opportunities and marketing channels.
• Design and manage A/B tests and multivariate experiments across the user journey.
• Analyze campaign performance and user data to inform decisions.
