Anyone AI is seeking a Data & Operations Specialist to streamline admissions, education, career services, and billing through automation and robust data workflows. You will own end-to-end operations, build scalable processes, and ensure data accuracy across functions.

Hands-on with Zapier, HubSpot, Google Sheets, AppScripts, APIs, and BI tools, you will design automation, dashboards, and lightweight databases to boost efficiency and accuracy while supporting fellows and teams in a fast-growing

Formación

• Proven experience in workflow automation and operations management.
• Experience with finance, billing, or HR processes is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
• Analytical, data-driven, and highly organized.

Responsabilidades

• Support cross-functional teams with data and automation needs.
• Design and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, HubSpot, Google Sheets, AppScripts, Notion/Airtable, external APIs.
• Build and maintain BI dashboards (Looker Studio, Google Sheets).
• Use lightweight databases (e.g., Supabase) to structure and sync data across internal processes.
