Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in Accounts Payable or a similar accounting role.
• Hands-on experience using Bill.com for invoice processing or AP workflows is required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) or comparable accounting software.
• Relevant experience supporting CPG and/or e-commerce businesses, preferably US-based.
• Ability to handle high volumes of invoices while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day AP operations: invoice processing, verification, coding, approvals, and payments.
• Use Bill.com to manage AP workflows and vendor payments; monitor payment status.
• Record AP transactions in QBO; maintain accurate records and proper documentation.
• Review invoices for accuracy, coding, and approval prior to processing.
• Process vendor payments and monitor deadlines for timely disbursements.
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP balances; investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, POs, and vendor data.
• Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoices and payment status.
