Mercor is looking for a talented Support Engineer to join their Talent Success team in Mexico City. This remote role focuses on assisting users with issues related to our platform functionalities, ensuring a delightful experience throughout.

The successful candidate will have strong debugging skills with web applications and a deep knowledge of AI systems. You will work directly with engineering teams while maintaining a professional yet light-hearted communication style.

Formación

• Ability to debug web applications or experience supporting such applications.
• Comfortable with AI tools and systems.
• Familiarity with AI API functionalities is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end.
• Debug across our AI + SaaS stack using telemetry.
• Triage and communicate with precision and professionalism.

Conocimientos

Debugging web applications

Experience with React, Node, Flask, Next.js

Understanding AI systems

Customer support experience

Educación

Degree in Computer Science or related field

Herramientas

AI APIs knowledge (OpenAI, Anthropic)
