Job summary

CobaltoTalent seeks a Dedicated Senior Controller (AI-Enabled) to oversee financial health for US-based SMEs. You will combine traditional accounting expertise with AI tools to automate data processing, forecast cash flow, and provide strategic insights.

The role requires 4–6+ years in FP&A or controlling, strong US GAAP knowledge, and high English proficiency. You will work 100% remotely with LATAM clients and collaborate with CPAs for tax compliance.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or as a controller.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and experience with US-based clients.
• Practical use of Generative AI tools to summarize finances and write macros or formulas.
• Experience with cloud accounting platforms and AI/automation integrations.
• High English proficiency with executive communication skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, autonomy, and drive to modernize financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close for US-based businesses.
• Use AI tools to analyze large datasets and generate narrative reports.
• Maintain rolling cash flow forecasts, financial models, and budgets with AI-assisted forecasting.
• Oversee AI-driven OCR and AP/AR automation to reduce errors.
• Prepare and present monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to executives.
• Collaborate with external CPA firms for tax compliance.
