Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in accounting or related function, or 1 year with advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationships in this region.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and statutory compliance for Google entities across LATAM and Canada.
• Maintain full alignment with US GAAP, local statutory reporting standards, and regional tax laws.
• Modernize finance processes using AI tools and automation to reduce manual toil and streamline reporting cycles.
