CobaltoTalent is seeking a Dedicated Senior Controller (AI-Enabled) for a 100% remote role focused on LATAM. You will lead financial closes for US-based SMEs, leverage AI to automate data processing, and deliver strategic insights.

The role requires strong US GAAP knowledge and experience with cloud accounting platforms. You will develop forecasts, budgets, and narrative reports, working closely with CPAs for tax and compliance, while modernizing financial workflows with AI tools.

Formación

• 4–6+ years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or as a Controller.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge and experience with US-based clients.
• Proficient with Generative AI tools for financial summaries and Excel automation.
• Experience with cloud accounting platforms and AI integrations.
• Excellent English (C1) and executive communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead month-end and year-end closes for US-based businesses.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze data, spot spend anomalies, and generate narratives.
• Develop rolling cash flow forecasts, models, and budgets with AI forecasting tools.
• Oversee AI-driven OCR and AP/AR automation to streamline invoicing.
• Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow packs for exec leadership.
• Coordinate with external CPAs for tax and compliance.
