Job summary

CobaltoTalent is seeking a Dedicated Senior Controller (AI-Enabled) to oversee the financial health of growing US-based SMEs. You will automate data processing with AI tools to improve forecasting and deliver strategic insights for executive leadership.

Lead month-end closes, develop rolling cash flow forecasts and budgets, implement AI-driven automation for invoicing, and collaborate with CPAs for tax compliance. Strong US GAAP knowledge and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

4–6+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or as a Controller.
Strong US GAAP knowledge and US client experience.
Hands-on with Generative AI tools for finance tasks.
Experience with cloud accounting platforms (QB Online, Xero, NetSuite) and AI integrations.
Advanced English (C1) with executive-level communication.
High integrity, autonomy, and drive to modernize workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead month-end and year-end close processes for US-based businesses.
Use AI tools to analyze large datasets and generate narrative reports.
Develop rolling cash flow forecasts, financial models, and budgets with AI forecasting.
Implement AI-driven OCR and AP/AR automation to streamline invoicing.
Prepare and present monthly financial packages to executive leadership.
Collaborate with external CPA firms for tax preparation and compliance.
