Zusammenfassung

Intugo, in partnership with a foreign aerospace parts distributor, is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support daily AP operations. You will process invoices, ensure timely payments, reconcile accounts, and maintain proper documentation.

The ideal candidate has finance or accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Remote initially, with potential on-site in Hermosillo, Sonora.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Finance or Accounting department.
• Knowledge of AP processes and GL accounts.
• Experience with automated payables workflow systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Aufgaben

• Manage accounts payable processes accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely vendor payments.
• Match invoices with purchase orders (POs) and receipts, and code invoices to GL accounts.
• Process check requests and credit card payments outside the normal payment cycle as needed.
• Perform timely reconciliations of accounts payable and credit card statements.
• Investigate unpaid invoices and address vendor inquiries professionally.
• Assist with month-end closing by ensuring all AP and credit card transactions are properly recorded.
• Support the weekly check disbursement process.
• Assist the CFO with month-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized vendor and accounting records.
• Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
