Intugo Mexico, in partnership with a foreign automotive financial services company, seeks a detail-oriented Staff Accountant / AP Clerk to join its accounting team and support invoicing, cash application, and records accuracy.

You will work with internal teams and customers, review expenses, and help maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel skills and U.S. client experience are preferred.

Formación

• 2+ years accounting experience with invoice processing and AP tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently under pressure.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and clear communication with internal teams.
• Experience serving U.S. clients and business-level English.

Responsabilidades

• Process invoices accurately within the accounting system.
• Review invoices for approval, coding, sorting, and matching.
• Research and reconcile accounts to resolve variances or credits.
• Support accounts payable processes and best practices.
• Communicate with Account Executives, managers, customers and stakeholders.
• Review and approve expense reports using expense software.
• Maintain organized accounting records and provide clerical support.
