Core Code io is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support daily accounting and financial operations from a remote setting. You will help with transaction processing, invoicing, reconciliations, and maintaining financial records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have basic accounting knowledge, strong data entry, and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. You will collaborate with the team to ensure timely month-end tasks and accurate reporting.

Formación

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or related role.
• Strong numerical and data-entry skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and basic accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Record daily financial transactions and enter data into systems.
• Process invoices, expenses, payments, and other entries.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Verify invoices and process payments; update accounts as needed.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other records.
• Review financial information for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with financial reporting and account summaries.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and balances; assist with month-end close.
• Support audits by gathering and organizing documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
