Proper AI is seeking a Data Entry I to perform repetitive, rules-based finance tasks with precision. The role is part of the Shared Services team, supporting scalable operations through standardized processes and automation opportunities.

You'll handle Accounts Payable and Bank Reconciliation, ensure data accuracy, and follow SOPs while collaborating with a remote, distributed team to meet deadlines and SLAs.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in operations, shared services, or high-volume data entry.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for data entry and workflow tracking.
• Ability to follow standardized processes (SOPs).
• Experience with workflow documentation and task tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Accounting (Accounts Payable or Bank Reconciliation) is a PLUS!

Responsabilidades

• Execute high-volume, rules-based finance tasks (Accounts Payable, Bank Reconciliation, data entry).
• Ensure accuracy (≥98%) and follow established SOPs and workflow playbooks.
• Track and report completion, accuracy, and turnaround times.
• Identify and elevate anomalies, errors, or exceptions.
• Suggest and support process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain workflow documentation and support new process rollouts.
• Collaborate with a remote, distributed team to meet deadlines and SLAs.
