Core Code io is seeking a highly organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoices, payments, and customer records while maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

The successful candidate will process invoices, apply payments, monitor aging, reconcile accounts, and support monthly close in a remote-friendly environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication are essential.

Formación

• Experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and payments processing.
• Knowledge of invoicing, payment application, and collections processes.
• Ability to manage high volumes of transactions with accuracy.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, issue, and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Record and apply customer payments to accounts.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and due dates; follow up on overdue balances.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare AR reports, aging reports, and payment summaries.
