Job summary

ICON is a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation seeking an Account Manager for the Language Services, PCS unit. The role is client-facing, with responsibilities spanning Linguistic Validation and eCOA projects, budgeting, and proposals.

You will coordinate with internal teams and external parties, ensuring high-quality deliverables and excellent customer service across multiple key clients. Remote or office-based setup is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; translation background preferred.
• Experience in translation industry and Linguistic Validation, eCOA or COA helpful.
• Minimum 3 years in client services and account management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and coordinate development of proposals.
• Serve as the main client contact throughout project lifecycle and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate budgeting, proposal writing, timelines and interface with internal/external teams.
• Process requests with autonomy using standard tools and quality processes.
