ICON Strategic Solutions seeks a disciplined Project Manager to lead and coordinate global clinical trials as an FSP Clinical Study Manager dedicated to a sponsor. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality across study activities and vendors.

In this remote role, you will collaborate with the Global Trial Study Leader, oversee CRO performance, monitor budgets, and prepare for inspections while maintaining compliance with ICH GCP and local regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pharmaceutical industry and/or CRO
• 3+ years clinical study management oversight
• Experience across early and/or late phase trials preferred

Responsabilités

• Support delivery of studies in compliance with quality standards (ICH GCP, local regulations, SOPs)
• Coordinate with functional leads to meet milestones and budgets
• Oversee CRO/vendor selection, budgets, contracts and performance
• Prepare for regulatory inspections and agency inspections as needed
• Support data review for database lock and CSR writing and review
