ICON Strategic Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Associate to join our sponsor-dedicated model. This remote, home-based role focuses on planning, execution, and operational support for pharmaceutical and biotech projects.

You will own project management deliverables, coordinate activities, and guide junior team members while contributing to project documentation and stakeholder reporting. Strong organizational skills and industry awareness are essential.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Significant experience in project management and support in pharma/biotech.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software; strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own project and programme management deliverables for assigned projects.
• Coordinate project activities including scheduling meetings, agendas, and minutes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and communication.
• Guide junior associates and foster a culture of efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to development of project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and integrate best practices into project support.
