Maxcess is expanding its regional sales team in Mexico and Latin America. The role focuses on managing and developing assigned customers and territories, driving profitable growth, and blending technical sales with account management.

You will meet revenue targets, identify new opportunities, and coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to deliver solutions in die-cutting, converting, and flexographic markets. Travel frequently.

Competenze

• Experience in industrial sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Fluent Spanish and business-level English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Mexico and Latin America.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field preferred.

• Meet assigned revenue and growth objectives.
• Manage and develop key accounts and long-term customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Technical Support, and Customer Service.
• Maintain a sales pipeline, forecast, and customer activity in CRM/Salesforce.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new product requirements.
• Support customer trials, technical evaluations, trade shows, and industry events as required.
