UPM Raflatac seeks a Senior Sales Manager for Mexico, Central America & Caribbean to lead the sales organization in the LATAM region from our Mexico location. You will drive strategic plans, coach a sales team, and strengthen customer relationships across multiple markets while aligning with regional goals.

You will manage budgets, forecast performance, and negotiate with key accounts, ensuring growth in line with company targets and market dynamics.

Formación

7+ years of effective sales or related experience.
Bachelor’s degree (MBA is a plus)
Familiar with packaging and label industry.
Strong negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business insight skills.
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
Proficient oral and written communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Manage large sales budget and sales team to achieve designated sales objectives.
Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns and lead the operational activities for an assigned geography, market segment, or particular customers.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and targets; monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts.
Negotiate sales with existing and potential customers and liaise with customers.
Develop relationships with agencies to ensure service standards.
Contribute to pricing and distribution strategies for area of responsibility using market intelligence.
