UPM Raflatac in Mexico is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Mexico, Central America & Caribbean to lead the sales budget, manage the team, and develop new markets. You will coach the sales force, strengthen relationships with agencies, and align pricing strategies with market dynamics.

You will also drive customer retention, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance against forecasts while traveling up to 40% to grow the LATAM footprint.

Formación

• 7+ years sales or related experience.
• MBA is a plus.
• Familiar with packaging and label industry.

Responsabilidades

• Manage large sales budget and teams to hit targets with plans and campaigns.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, targets; monitor revenue and costs.
• Negotiate with customers and liaise with agencies to ensure service standards.
• Contribute to pricing, distribution strategies with market intelligence.
