Amcor is seeking a Technical Sales & Development Manager in Tultitlan, Mexico, to lead a global accounts interface and drive packaging innovation. This hybrid, full-time role reports to the Director of Technical Sales & Development Global Accounts and engages across R&D, quality, and sustainability teams.

You will translate customer needs into feasible, sustainable packaging solutions, manage technical feasibility and change requests, and support account growth across multiple plants and regions

Formación

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar discipline.
• Experience in packaging, technical sales, or product development within plastics.
• Knowledge of plastic conversion processes and mold design.
• Industry standards for FMCG packaging, food safety, and sustainability.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary technical interface for strategic enterprise key accounts.
• Drive growth via technical engagement, new product development, and cross-site coordination.
• Translate customer technical requirements into feasible, competitive packaging solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, plant technical & quality teams, sustainability managers, and global customers.
• Manage technical feasibility, quality deviations, mold and machine challenges, and customer change requests.
• Balance customer demands, technical feasibility, cost and timing across multiple plants and regions.
• Deliver technical recommendations independently; seek approval for major investments and commercial terms.
• Support innovation pipelines and account growth through new articles, materials and concepts.
