UPM Raflatac Mexico S.A. seeks a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean.

The role focuses on securing targets, expanding markets, coaching the sales team, and strengthening commercial relationships in a dynamic packaging and label market. Based in Tultitlan, Mexico, the position requires 7+ years of sales leadership, a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and fluent English and Spanish.

Formación

• 7+ years of effective sales or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree (MBA is a plus).
• Familiar with packaging and label industry.
• Extensive negotiation, financial, mathematical, and business insight skills.
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient oral and written communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage large sales budget and sales team(s) to achieve objectives.
• Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns for the geography.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and targets.
• Monitor sales volume, revenues and costs against forecasts.
• Negotiate sales with existing and potential customers and liaise with them.
• Develop relationships with agencies to ensure service standards.
