Job summary

Insight Global in Mexico City seeks a Regional Development Engineer to own and grow customer relationships across the territory, bridging engineering and purchasing teams to identify opportunities.

You will visit customers, develop new accounts, and collaborate with Amphenol divisions to expand business while learning product lines and managing CRM data. A degree in engineering and 2–3+ years in customer-facing roles are required, with fluency in English and Spanish and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• Engineering or tech background required with customer-facing experience.
• 2–3+ years in customer service or sales roles in technical markets.
• Fluent in English and Spanish and able to engage engineering and purchasing teams.
• Familiar with Salesforce or willingness to learn and use CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support and visit customers across the assigned territory.
• Develop new accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with engineering and purchasing teams to close opportunities.
• Learn product lines such as connectors, sensors, cables, and harnesses.
• Manage CRM data and participate in regional sales reporting.
