The Talent Company is seeking an experienced industrial sales professional in Mexico City to drive commercial development, service high‑volume accounts, and prospect new clients across the region. You will act as a technical consultant, analyze client processes, and design supply solutions to lower costs and improve machine output.

Requirements include a related bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in industrial sales, with proven ability to manage pipelines and utilize CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics, industrial engineering or related fields.
• 5–8 years of experience in industrial sales of automation, control or robotics.
• Proven experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Execute the complete industrial sales cycle from cold calling to closing and post‑sales follow‑up.
• On-site analysis of client cutting processes to recommend optimal supplies and ROI improvements.
• Retain and guarantee operational continuity for the client portfolio with technical support.
• Identify and onboard new clients and industrial sectors within the region.
• Log commercial activity into the CRM and follow up on collections to protect profitability.
• Present commercial proposals aligned with brand pillars and ROI against competitors.
• Coordinate independent reps in the zone and manage regional incentives.
• Work with Commercial Management and other departments to ensure on-time deliveries and fast responses.
