Amphenol TCS de México, S.A. de C.V. is seeking a candidate responsible for customer relations, providing quotations, and managing delivery schedules. The ideal applicant should hold a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English at 90%. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with MRP/Oracle systems are essential. Flexibility in scheduling and availability to travel are also required.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for establishing the first contact with the customer.
• Provides committed delivery dates for the requested product.
• Provides quotations and official pricing to customers according to contracts.
• Receives customer orders.
• Provides updates and reschedules delivery dates.
• Collects customer satisfaction information and conducts service surveys.
• Performs forecast analysis for account managers.
• Manages internal company processes related to shipments.
• Maintains and builds good relationships with customers.
