Lighthouse is hiring a high-impact Sales Leader to coach and guide a team of Account Executives in a data-driven, AI-powered environment. You will own development plans, forecast health, and ensure quota attainment through MEDDPICC discipline.

Set the tempo for weekly planning, pipeline reviews, and outbound standards while leveraging AI tools to elevate performance and enablement across a global team.

Formación

• Strong coaching and leadership skills to develop reps.
• Experience with MEDDPICC framework.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Account Executives and drive development, pipeline health, and quota attainment.
• Use AI-enabled coaching tools to diagnose and coach reps.
• Drive MEDDPICC completeness and effective qualification.
• Run weekly planning and pipeline reviews.
• Foster a data-driven, coaching-first sales culture.
