Salesforce is seeking a Portfolio Leader to directly manage and grow a team of AI specialists delivering Agentforce solutions within enterprise environments. You will set engineering standards, unblock complex deployments, and scale talent across Forward Deployed Engineers and Deployment Strategists while operating at the executive level.

• 4+ years of direct people management or high‑impact technical leadership across cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Deep architectural understanding of AI/LLMs and the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands‑on experience architecting or deploying Salesforce Data Cloud and the Agentforce platform.

• Scale Elite Talent: recruit, mentor, and develop the next wave of Technical and Strategic Builders.
• Maintain Operational Velocity: monitor delivery metrics and coach teams on optimization.
