Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Sales Manager Mexico and West Coast based in Tijuana with extensive North American market experience in flexible packaging. The role involves developing and implementing long-range sales projections, forecasts and strategic plans to drive growth across the region.

You will manage complex customer negotiations, coordinate with R&D, quality, finance, supply chain and marketing, and travel regularly to promote and close opportunities.

Formación

• At least 7 years in sales within flexible packaging.
• Leadership experience in a decentralised organisation.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with teams remotely and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Expand Bag-in-Box market share in Mexico and North America, focusing on the West Coast.
• Lead strategic vision, targets and profitable growth for customers.
• Lead customer negotiations and overall project management and budgets.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, finance, supply chain and marketing on opportunities.
• Monitor results and take corrective action as needed.
• Analyze competitors and product opportunities to improve performance.
• Launch the Experience Centre in South Carolina as the U.S. customer visit hub.
• Alert GM to any concerns about sales performance or processes.
