Smurfit Westrock México in Tijuana seeks a Technical Sales Representative to drive new business in industrial, commercial and consumer markets. You will identify customer needs, propose corrugated packaging solutions, prepare quotes, and coordinate with design, production and logistics teams.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, English C2, and 2+ years in sales or customer service within the cardboard industry. You will visit customers, meet targets, and contribute to plant growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree/ Engineering required.
• English (C2) must.
• Documents required to work in the U.S.
• Knowledge of the cardboard industry preferred.
• Technical Sales Representative 2+ years experience.
• Sales Professional 2+ years experience.
• Customer Service Representative 4+ years experience.
• Strong sales techniques.
• Customer care and service experience.
• Negotiation strategies.
• Reading and interpretation of plans (design).
• Communication that influences, develops and motivates people and creates an adequate work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and develop new customers in industrial, commercial and consumer markets.
• Identify customer needs and propose corrugated and folding packaging solutions.
• Prepare quotes considering technical specifications, volumes, costs and delivery times.
• Coordinate with design, production and logistics through internal channels.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and after-sales.
• Meet and exceed sales, margin and growth targets.
• Represent the company on commercial visits, fairs or events.
• Communicate effectively to influence and motivate teams.
