STERIMED US is seeking a Sales Manager for our MDM business. Based in Tijuana, you will drive new business across the Mexican maquiladora and the U.S. West Coast while expanding an existing portfolio of strategic customers.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent prospecting and negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver profitable orders and growth in a truly multicultural, international setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/commerce or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in export/B2B sales or equivalent.
• Experience in medical packaging or related packaging sectors is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Grow sales in the Tijuana, maquiladora, and U.S. West Coast markets.
• Develop and close new business opportunities with medical device manufacturers.
• Manage and expand an existing customer portfolio and key accounts.
• Prospect actively to identify and convert opportunities.
• Coordinate with customers and technical teams for product validation.
