Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Regional Partner for the People Strategy & Culture function to lead country-level HR strategies across the region. You will partner with business leaders to attract, engage and develop talent while ensuring compliance and consistency with global practices.

You will work on recruitment, employee relations, compensation and performance, driving change management and people initiatives.

Formación

• Must possess knowledge in all functional HR areas including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, talent and performance management, training and development and employment compliance/legal issues.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills are required.
• Ability to work across multiple countries with a global perspective.

Responsabilidades

• Advise, formulate and deliver people strategies for the region to enable achievement of business goals.
• Be the local expert on employment practices to ensure compliance and address labor market issues.
• Identify and advise leaders on culturally appropriate country talent strategies.
• Ensure consistent application of total rewards in country with Global People Rewards team.
• Monitor engagement and advise on strategies to align with company values locally.
• Develop and manage HR policies and initiatives at country level.
