Indie Campers in North America seeks a Regional Fleet Lead to manage a team of Asset Analysts and execute fleet strategies across the region.

You'll drive operational excellence, ensure SOP compliance, monitor KPIs, visit depots, and coordinate with local teams and suppliers to optimize performance and customer satisfaction. Willingness to travel within the region is required. This hands-on role rewards strategic thinking and hands-on leadership.

Formación

• 6–8 years in operations, rent-a-car, or related fields.
• 2–5 years leading teams with performance coaching.
• Experience with fleet and supplier management.
• Strong ability to analyze KPIs and dashboards.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily regional operations with depots and Asset Analysts.
• Ensure SOP compliance across health, safety, facilities and stock.
• Monitor core KPIs like unavailability and maintenance costs.
• Conduct field visits to identify bottlenecks and implement actions.
• Support Regional Director and act as backup in absences.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage partnerships.
• Drive process improvements and regional playbooks.
• Report performance and risks to leadership.
