Job summary

Innovamat is seeking an exceptional operations leader based in Mexico City to own the Americas region. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, align regional needs with global processes, and ensure efficient execution from sales to delivery, post-sale support, and compliance.

You’ll partner with Growth, Revenue Operations and Finance, traveling as needed to drive impact. This role requires strong ownership, analytical thinking, and fluency in Spanish and English, with proximity to key markets

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or another highly analytical field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Americas region operations, acting as the regional counterpart to global HQ.
• Own end-to-end regional processes, coordinating with Growth, Revenue Operations, Customer Success and Finance.
• Travel regularly to the US and Barcelona to align regional needs with global standards and drive execution.
